  • We pay attention to the details. Not only are we diligent with our tenants but we make sure you are always kept up to date on insurances and maintenance issues such as smoke alarms and pool safety.

  • When your investment property becomes vacant, selecting a tenant is crucial and can often be a stressful time for owners.   • In order to not only maintain but increase the value of your investment property we keep you up to date on all maintenance issues and only engage with contractors who are licensed, have the correct insurance and produce a high standard of work.

  • We do not outsource our inspections and personally attend all routine and property maintenance inspections. Our owners receive a copy of all inspection reports for their own records.

  • When your property becomes vacant we present your property to the market in a professional manner ensuring any vacancy periods are kept to a minimum. We handle all documentation and once a tenant has been approved by you we start the process of getting the tenant ready to take occupancy of your property.
