We do not outsource our inspections and personally attend all routine and property maintenance inspections. Our owners receive a copy of all inspection reports for their own records.
When your property becomes vacant we present your property to the market in a professional manner ensuring any vacancy periods are kept to a minimum. We handle all documentation and once a tenant has been approved by you we start the process of getting the tenant ready to take occupancy of your property.
